What a valuable evening spent connecting, collaborating, and strengthening our team culture 💙✨

So much work, thought, and care goes into our team meetings behind the scenes—from planning and coordination to ensuring every voice and perspective is supported. Nights like these are a reminder of just how much effort sits underneath what we do to keep our team aligned, informed, and connected.

Even with a few staff off shift, it was a great opportunity to come together, reflect, and focus on the shared goals and responsibilities that guide our work every day.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and professionalism each team member brings, and for the ongoing commitment to growth, support, and continuous improvement.
