Good morning, beautiful Soul Healing Community. 💜

Okay... safe space this morning. 😂

What's your slightly ridiculous spiritual habit?

The thing you do that makes complete sense to YOU...

But might need a little explaining to somebody else.
Maybe you refuse to leave a crystal shop empty-handed.

Maybe you've said “I need to cleanse this house” because one room felt weird.

Maybe you pull “just one more card” because you didn't particularly like the first answer. 😂

Maybe you apologise to your plants.

Maybe you've bought another deck when you absolutely did NOT need another deck.

Or maybe you see a full moon and suddenly feel the need to reorganise your entire spiritual life. 🌕😂

No judgement. No explanations required.

😂🔮 OKAY, SPIRITUAL PEOPLE... I HAVE A QUESTION.

What's something you do now that would have made the old version of you look at you and say...

“You've absolutely lost the plot.” 😂

Maybe you...

🌙 Talk to the moon.

🔮 Own enough crystals to open your own shop.

🌿 Have herbs hanging around the house.

🃏 Ask your cards before making a decision.

🕯️ Light candles with intentions.

👻 Talk to people nobody else can see.

✨ Cleanse the house because “the energy feels weird.”

🌳 Hug trees.

😂 Or have an entire conversation with the universe while driving.

No judgement here — considering what I do for a living, I'm hardly in a position to judge anybody. 😂💜

🔮✨ SPIRITUAL WISDOM — IS EVERYTHING A SIGN? ✨🔮

A feather appears...

You see 11:11...

The same song keeps playing...

A butterfly crosses your path...

Someone mentions the exact thing you were thinking about...

And immediately we wonder...

“IS THAT A SIGN?” 😂🔮

Here's something I think is really important when developing your spirituality:

Not everything has to be a sign.

Sometimes a feather is simply a feather.

Sometimes you notice 11:11 because you've started looking for it.

And sometimes something happens that feels so perfectly timed and personally meaningful that it makes you stop in your tracks.

Rather than constantly asking...

“What does this mean?”

Try asking:

✨ What was I thinking about when I noticed it?

✨ What was I feeling?

✨ Has this happened repeatedly?

✨ Does it have a personal meaning to ME?

✨ Did I immediately feel something before my mind started analysing it?

Spiritual symbolism can be incredibly personal.

A butterfly might mean transformation to one person...

While to somebody else it reminds them of their grandmother.

Neither interpretation needs to be wrong.

Your own relationship with symbols matters.

And developing intuition isn't necessarily about becoming obsessed with looking for signs everywhere.

Sometimes it's about learning to notice what makes you pause.

Our very first Coffee & Connection today was everything I hoped it would be. 🥹

A huge THANK YOU to every single person who came along, brought a book, had a cuppa, shared a conversation and helped make our first gathering so special.

It was honestly so lovely meeting you all, watching conversations start, hearing the laughter and seeing people connecting with one another.

This is exactly why I wanted to create Coffee & Connection.

No agenda.

No expectations.

Just people coming together, meeting someone new and creating a little more community. 💜

And can we talk about our Soul Library?! 📚😂

We started with those rather empty little shelves...

And thanks to all of you...

OUR SOUL LIBRARY IS FULL! 🥹📚💜

Every book on those shelves has been passed on by someone in our community for somebody else to discover and enjoy.

Take a book.

And just like that, something beautiful has begun. ✨
