Frankincense Serrata is not an ingredient I added for fragrance.

It is one of the most researched botanical oils in natural medicine. Its therapeutic properties include: anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, immune-supportive, and respiratory-clearing action.

In practical terms — it helps the body calm inflammation, repair tissue, support the immune response, and ease pain. It crosses into the nervous system too, acting as a natural relaxant and anxiolytic.

This is why it appears in my blends for arthritis, skin repair, nervous system support, headaches, and congestion. It is not doing one job. It is doing many — quietly, without announcement.
