Warmer weather means more time outside ☀️ And more time outside means skin tends to cop a little more life.

Restless evenings don't always look restless.

Sometimes it’s not about doing more. It’s about being able to do the little things you love again.

Sewing for an afternoon. Picking up the crochet hook. Finishing the project that’s been sitting beside your chair for months.

Arthritis and aching joints can make those quiet pleasures harder than they used to be.

Move was made with those bodies in mind. A gentle ritual to massage into sore hands and joints, then hopefully get back to the things that make you happy.

Because making things with your hands is its own kind of medicine 🤎

You know when your body is absolutely done... but your brain apparently has plans? 🙃

You're tired. You want to sleep. But there's this restless energy underneath it all. Thoughts still going. Body still buzzing. Sleep that happens, but somehow doesn't feel all that restful.

That's what Home was made for.

A woman I met yesterday at Gilles told me her girl wanted to start growing her own herbs. To say my heart burst open listening to this family is an understatement.

Here is my number 1 recommendation for a companion book. But let's remember, I can't keep any plant alive ever, so this is NOT coming from a gardener, but it IS coming from a woman who loves and creates with plants.

Hi, I’m Cherie Ashleigh. I’m the woman behind Nectar by Nature. And when I say behind it, I mean behind it. I formulate it, create it, make it, pack it, and hand it to you at a market.

NBN isn’t white-labelled or formulated in a lab somewhere. Every blend started with me, a pile of plants, and a reason I wanted it to exist.

This business is built around a pretty simple belief:

what you put on your body fu***ng matters.

I care about plants. I care about what they can actually do. I care about ingredients being there for a reason, not because they sound nice on a label.

So NBN is medicinal. Organic. No synthetic fragrances. No fillers. Ingredients sourced through Australian businesses 100% of the time.

But none of those things are really brand values I came up with for Nectar by Nature. They’re mine.

This is how I live. It’s what I care about, what I choose for my own home and family, and what I believe belongs on our bodies.

So, of course, this is what I'm doing.
