As Sisterup continues to grow, so does our team.
We’re looking for our very first Team Leader to help coordinate the day-to-day operations of our growing program and ensure every young woman who walks through our doors receives the high-quality support they deserve.
The core of this role is coordinating supports, scheduling participants, matching mentors, communicating with participants, families and care teams, supporting our mentor team, and ensuring our systems, documentation and NDIS compliance are completed to a high standard.
This is a hybrid role so you will also spend a minimum of 15 hours each week providing direct support to a participant.
As Sisterup grows, this role will continue to grow with it.
