We’re looking for someone who is patient, empathetic and passionate about person-centred support. You’ll have experience in disability support, mental health or a related field, and enjoy building positive relationships while encouraging independence and meaningful participation.

✅ Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health or a related field
* Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* Current First Aid, Police Check + WWCC

📅 Required Availability:
* 🌞 Morning: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
* 🌿 Afternoon: 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm

💰 What We Offer:
* Pay well above award rates
* Plenty of hours for the right person
* Ongoing work opportunities

Our lovely participant enjoyed a delicious lunch before heading off to Werribee Open Range Zoo for a day of exploring, animals and plenty of smiles. This day out was made even more special as she was supported by one of her favourite support worker’s. 🦒🦁🐘

We love seeing our participants enjoying meaningful experiences, building confidence and making memories with the people they feel most comfortable with. 💜

Every month, we make a donation to the Heart Foundation ❤️

This one’s personal. We’ve had people close to us affected by heart attacks, and heart disease still claims a life in Australia every 18 minutes. If you’re reading this and it hits close to home too, you’re not alone. This is more common than people realise.

It’s why we give a little back every month. Because the people we support, and the people we love, deserve a community that shows up for them.

Question: Why did you want to become a support worker?

I wanted to become a support worker so I could improve individuals quality of life by encouraging increased community access and supporting activities or daily living.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

In my spare time I enjoy running, spending time with my four children and the rare concerts with friends.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?

If I could have a super power it would be to time travel back in time to make wiser choices and to also travel to the future to ensure I am on the right track.
