Care Manager / Registered Nurse

Vicki is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience in the public aged care sector, including Transitional Care Program, Community Nursing, care management, and clinical leadership roles. She has worked as a Care Manager, Associate Nurse Unit Manager, and Registered Nurse, leading teams and delivering high-quality care. Her expertise includes complex care, palliative care, dementia care, wound care, medication management, clinical assessments, care planning, and team leadership. Vicki holds a Certificate in Palliative Care and Pain Management and is currently completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Dementia Care.
