Being a Mother is one of the most precious, emotional and beautiful gifts one may ever be bestowed. It comes with both challenges and joys… quite the journey indeed 💖

On this Mother’s Day, I’m not naive to think there aren’t many emotions being carried — not only by me, but by so many others too.

There are those who have loved and lost… both Mothers and children.
Grieve. Feel. Celebrate the love that will always remain ✨

There are those still trying, hoping and praying.
Have faith. Strength holds you 💫

There are those facing challenges day in and day out — whether it be emotional abuse, addiction, trauma or hardship.
Please know there are avenues to feel safe again. Seek support. You are not alone 💖

There are those continuing to push through even when they feel helpless.
Believe that you can rise. Seek the support you need — there is absolutely no shame in doing so 🌿

No matter where you sit, stand or lay in this moment…
You are worthy.
You are loved.
You are doing the very best you can.

And with that, I say…
Celebrate. Live. Love 💖

And to my beautiful heavenly Mum… I love you.
I wish I had said that to you more. I celebrate you, even in the little things I do each day that are a reflection of your love. I miss you and thank you every single day ✨

To my amazing, quirky, sassy daughters — I am so incredibly blessed to have you both in my life and I love you unconditionally. You truly are my world and you never cease to amaze me. I am so very proud of you both. Thank you for choosing me to nurture you, love you and cheer you on every step of the way 💖
