✨️ Feeling reflective & grateful ✨️

I'm away again in beautiful Boonah, rolling hills with crisp morning air. I am feeling extremely grateful that my work allows me to escape the hustle and bustle and be in nature. Being in this environment allows me to take a breath and appreciate the things that matter.

This year is shaping up to be one of the most significant years to date. Big life milestones are on the horizon, which in turn comes with its share of stress. In these moments, I am grateful for the community I'm surrounded by and my loved ones.

This time away also allows me to reflect on my deep appreciation and respect for the exchange my work provides between client and therapist. Recognising it's a privilege to be a part of someone's heath and wellbeing journey.

I truly love what I do and see it as a gift that people put their trust in me.

Hi, I'm Maddy ✨️

I've been fortunate enough to be a part of the massage industry for 8 years now and absolutely loving it. I'm passionate about people and providing a service that aims to alleviates pain and restriction while restoring and nurturing through manual therapy.

I've trained as a Remedial Massage Therapist and have an interest in the following;

- Dry Needling
- Cupping
- Soft tissue myofascial scrapping (IASTM)
- TMJ dysfunctions
- Rehabilitation
- Pregnancy Massage

Over the years, I've worked within a wide range of sectors including; elderly, disability, corporate, sports, rehabilitation, and detox, giving me an appreciation and better understanding to tailor treatments for the individual.

I work Monday - Saturday doing mobile massage on the Gold Coast. Evening and Sunday treatments by request. I also work at Nxt Level Integrated Health on Saturday mornings.
