Nutrition doesn’t need to be perfect to be powerful 💛
Some of the best habits we can teach our kids happen around the dinner table. Sitting down together. Slowing down. Talking about our day. Giving meal times space instead of rushing through them.
For little ones especially, food should be explored — touching it, squishing it, smelling it, tasting it with curiosity. We talk a lot in our house about how food helps build strong muscles, healthy brains and gives us energy to play, learn and grow. Getting kids excited about food starts with us being excited too.
And honestly? I definitely don’t have it all worked out 😅
