10/09/26 - Out of the shadows walk - 9km for 9 lives lost to su***de every day ❤️‍🩹 🩵💙 $772 raised 🙏🏼 that’s 19 life line calls (🥳) to help those in need at their darkest times. Well done and thank you all again to everyone who donated.

⚠️⚠️ September is su***de awareness month 🩵💙.
9 lives every day, that’s more than 3000 people every year 💔 these are such heart breaking statistics.
On the 10th of September I am completing the OUT OF THE SHADOWS WALK to raise money for life line. My goal is $390. Every single dollar helps 🙏🏼. Thank you so much to all who donate. The link is here:

Welcome to Truly You Physiotherapy.

After more than 7 years as a physiotherapist on the Gold Coast, I took the leap to create a business that reflects the kind of care I believe everyone deserves.

To me, physiotherapy is about so much more than treating pain or injuries. It's about helping people regain confidence, improve their quality of life and feel like themselves again.

I believe everyone deserves healthcare that is genuine, evidence-based and tailored to each individual.

That's why I created a mobile physiotherapy service, making quality care more accessible by bringing it to you.
