Recently I stumbled upon a note I wrote a bit over year ago, during a time when I felt inexplicably anxious about things that now all seem so harmless. I don’t really know where those worrries came from, but I actively worked through each one - my mantra: small steps are better than no steps 🤗.

One memory still makes me smile: a solo drive to a breathtaking lookout in Bali. I had been there for weeks already, putting it off until “tomorrow,” then the next day, and the next… until I finally got on my bike. And the moment I took off, this huge smile spread across my face and all I could think was, “Woohoo, I’m actually doing iiiit!”

So if you're hesitating on something, consider this a sweet little nudge. There’s nothing quite like the rush of realizing the only thing truly holding you back was the waiting. And sometimes, procrastination isn’t giving up or a failure. It's just a part of the process before you finally decide to leap.

😄 You know how you sometimes stumble on a flavour pairing you never saw coming?

That’s exactly what happened with avocado, dill, and lime in this smoothie. It was one of the biggest surprises in my smoothie making history, and is super creamy with a little tang.👌

🥑 Avocado offers healthy fats and fiber to keep you full and support glowing skin.
🍋 Lime steps in with vitamin C to support both immunity and collagen.
🌿 Dill brings antioxidants and aids digestion.
🥒 Cucumber gives it an extra hydrating touch.
🍬 Dates or a little stevia sweeten it up, no sugar needed.

This is my current go-to for a simple breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up. You could also toss in a handful of spinach or kale for an extra nutrient boost. 💫

This little blue tarte turned out so beautifully - I’m in love with its delicate hue! 😍💙

Key ingredients for filling include cashews, coconut milk, lemon juice and a natural sweetener such as dates - blend them together and you’ve got yourself a divine, no-bake vegan cheesecake-like flavour and texture.

Add blue spirulina (Phycocyanin) for the beautiful colour and an extra nutrient boost – Phycocyanin is packed with antioxidants, proteins, essential fatty acids, and vitamins. 🌱

The base is a mix of nuts, coconut and dates for that delicious sweet and nutty crunch. ✨

Yes, I know, Selleriesaft ist nicht für jeden. Auch ich hab meine Tage, an denen ich Sellerie lieber auslasse und stattdessen etwas wähle, nach dem mir wirklich ist, das mir schmeckt und gut tut – und genau darum geht’s! 🌱

Egal wie „gesund“ oder gehypt etwas ist – wenn es dir absolut nicht schmeckt oder es dir schwerfällt, es regelmäßig zu trinken, dann lass es lieber sein 😊.

Es geht nicht darum, jeden Trend mitzumachen, sondern darum, herauszufinden, was dir langfristig gut tut – und was dir schmeckt🥤💚.

Falls ihr euch gewundert habt, wo ich die letzten Monate war: Ich habe bei meinem ersten Tieftauch-Wettkampf seit 10 Jahren mitgemacht (danke für die tollen Bilder 🥰) und hatte auch sonst so viel zu tun, dass ich einfach nicht dazu kam, hier aktiv zu sein. This one’s not only for runners or regular walkers, but anyone no matter what your training looks like or whether you train at all. Every stretch counts - and here’s why:

🤸‍♂️ Flexibility and range of motion
🧘‍♂️ Smooth comedown: Static stretching activates your parasympathetic nervous system - the rest and digestion functions - and helps induce feelings of calmness and relaxation.

This is especially useful after a high intensity workout of any kind, as these increase your cortisol levels (look up cortisol creep).

🏁 How to:
Stay in each pose for 30 seconds on either side.
Breathe deeply and slowly, best through your nose.
Finally, take it easy, this is not about reaching new personal bests in stretching but feeling fresh and relaxed.

I’m so excited to share this photo with you! I took it a while ago when I was putting together my Vegan Ice Cream Recipes eBook, but then it got lost in digital chaos. Luckily, I stumbled across it again, so yay! 🎉

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups are already one of the most indulgent treats ever, but as ice cream? Even better! Naturally, I’m obsessed with Reese’s and could eat them all day, but I also want to feel good after indulging. That’s why I created this raw vegan, Reese’s-inspired Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream. And let me tell you, it’s a-ma-zing! 😍

Have you ever tried Ice Cream Sandwiches? These are absolutely to live for … the perfect snack to keep in the freezer. Fun fact, they’re just one of many perfect snacks in my freezer - I’m a total snack lover 😋 and more of a grazer than a big meal eater, but I always make sure to give my body time to digest and rest between bites to keep everything balanced. ✨

Not a peanut butter fan, or maybe you have an allergy? No worries! You can easily swap the peanut butter for another nut butter - almond butter with a dash of cinnamon is just as delicious.
