These 5 prayers to protect t your life I came across a few back when I was going through a very rough time in my life.

I would say say these prays anytime fear or anxiety would entre my bod7. They helped me get through and transform my well being am such powerful ways.

Being someone who was diagnosed with RA at the age of 2 has left a lot of imprints from early childhood trauma that ended up in repeating pattens and cycles of addiction, toxin relationship and lack of self love.

These prays assisted me in gaining the strength to mocr on whilst empoer8ng my own self belief.

RA is closely linked to resentment and our can find it hard to let go and release the trauma from the past which can manifest into the physical body as inflammation , lack of energy and psin in the joints. Anger and frustration can fuel these responses.

I found saying thos prayer at least once a fsy if not repeating them as I drift off to sleep has helped to reduce the amount of attachment, allowing my body to reduce the amount of psin
