Hi I’m Bec, Holistic Health Coach, Colonic Hydrotherapist, business owner, and avid lover of all things food, health and wellness!! I enjoy walks along the beach, brunch at cafes, belly laughs, spending time with family and friends and my cheeky Cavoodle, taking care of my mind, body and soul, being inspired, and quiet times of contemplation.
Originally from the land of the long white cloud, I transitioned to the gorgeous Gold Coast of Australia, more than 20 years ago. I love the blue sky, it motivates and energizes me, and somehow encourages me to live a fuller life.
Ever since the separation from my children’s father 20 years ago, I have strived to be independent, self-sufficient, and have been quite driven and motivated to ‘succeed’. When I wasn’t with my kids I was working on my mindset, learning new things, and working.
My career started as a registered nurse in my early 20s, I then transitioned into cosmetic nursing which is where I stayed for 17 years working as a cosmetic nurse injector. After many years of working for others, I eventually plucked up the courage to head out and start my own business. This was a moment I had been waiting for for many years.
It was a fantastic ride, but came with long hours and lots of stress, and after a few years decided I needed to head in a different direction if I wanted to avoid burn-out.
After taking some time out, I dove into my other passion of natural health and healing and qualified as a Holistic Health Coach, and a Colonic Hydrotherapist with a focus on helping people heal their gut naturally.
Fast-forward to today, and the reason I am so excited about this lifestyle business is that it ticks so many of my boxes when it comes to my desires, values and beliefs in life. It aligns with my love of natural health and wellness. Give the body what it needs to rebalance and heal itself.
It provides me with the freedom and flexibility to choose how I spend each day, and with whom. I get to help people look and feel better and improve their health and wellbeing.
There is no cap on income potential and that excites me. Retirement is not far away, and I still have SO many things I want to see, do and have!
I wasn’t looking for anything when I was introduced to this, but now I am so grateful as my life is moving rapidly towards the vision I have always strived for, but never quite achieved.
I can't wait for this next chapter to unfold so I can help others achieve their vision too. This is cliche, but if I can do it, so can you!
