A Vietnamese Speaking Support Worker Wanted – Ashmore/Benowa, Gold Coast (Immediate Start)

Enable Lives Australia is seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker for an immediate start supporting two young participants in the Ashmore/Benowa area.

Participant Preference:

* Female support worker (will need to work under Company)
* Vietnamese background preferred
* Experience working with children is highly regarded

Position Details:
📍 Location: Ashmore / Benowa, QLD
🕒 Approximately 13 hours per week
💲 Award rate on TFN

Roster:

* Monday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm | 4:45pm - 6 pm
* Tuesday to Friday: 4:45 pm – 6:45 pm

Duties Include:

* Preparing and cooking meals
* Light household cleaning
* Supporting and supervising two children
* Assisting with daily routines and creating a safe, positive environment

This is a 1:2 support role, providing support to two participants at the same time.

The name comes from my mother, Rani, whose dedication and compassion I witnessed while she cared for my grandmother during one of the most vulnerable stages of her life. Her strength and patience reminded me that everyone deserves to be cared for with respect, kindness, and dignity.

At RANI, we aim to provide that same level of care — ensuring elderly individuals receive the attention, comfort, and support they deserve.
