As a Senior Project Officer with WorkCover SA, assisting with the Return to Work Awards for Injured Workers, I had the privilege of meeting many courageous individuals and gaining insight into what it takes to rehabilitate oneself and return to work after

a serious injury. During this time, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, which marked the beginning my journey into Health and Wellness. I studied with Wellness Coaching Australia and discovered that I thoroughly enjoyed learning about how to optimal health to ensure a healthy later life. This passion enables me to genuinely want to help others achieve wellness and enjoy a better quality of life The results can be outstanding if one is committed to their own health.
