Imagine feeling confident using sound therapy to heal in individual sessions.

Imagine feeling empowered to be able to create a safe and beautiful space where groups can receive healing in a sound bath immersive.

The problem? You're not musical, feel out of your depth and are terrified of trying new things.

I get it, music is my life so I can show you how to blend tones and make anything sound amazing.

I can teach you how each instrument is used and when to use it. How to play crystal bowls, shamanic drum, tongue drum... the voice and so much more.

I spent several years in a band as a singer and served 10 years in musical theatre.

This training will be carried out as a day retreat, part of my practitioner pathway series, and is certified.

I know I've strengthened mine a lot, and at first it looked more like protecting myself, now I see I had to do that for a bit.

Today my boundaries are way stronger.
