A change of scenery with the drum kit now gone. Used in kiddo's mindfulness classes I can't run at the moment.

Happy Monday
Today I’m fact gathering. And with those facts I’m going to wait until I have everything clear before making a decision.

I may wait a few weeks, or a few minutes, but the bottom line is you cannot make clear decisions on impulse.

Especially big decisions.

Your human design shows you the best way for you to make not only clear decisions, but ones which are in alignment with you and your type.

When using human design, the blueprint for your life potential, life goes far more smoothly.

October is pregnancy and Infant loss awareness month.

For those of you who struggle with this daily, not just at one time of the year, the birthdays, the little reminders that become loud when you least expect it, I hear you. I see you.

I lost twin girls at a time I thought it was passed the danger period. I was 20 weeks into the pregnancy when we lost our first little one and the second followed within days of being in hospital.

I think the hardest part was facing everyone and explaining something they could clearly see.

I never forget my angels.

So if you're struggling or coming to terms with loss, reach out to people, talk about it. Allow your little ones a presence they never received earthside.

Offering complimentary reiki healing on Sunday 11th at 11am whichever time zone you are in. All you do is relax and receive wherever you are. Comments yes if you are open to receiving 🩷

Do you get your 8 hrs work, 8 hrs rest, 8 hrs play?

What has happened to society when it puts such demands on our time, not allowing the full cycle of what used to be the tagline for MARS. Work, rest and play?

Our bodies need to recover.

How many associate looking well with feeling well?

There are a gazillion invisible illnesses and conditions out there.

You can't see air but you know it's there. Just saying. Be mindful.

Stop judging without the facts.

When healing, we need to say goodbye to those toxic ones in our lives, not chase them.

How hard is it for you to remove people from your life who no longer serve you?

Intuition comes naturally when you consciously work with Reiki. It truly is a byproduct of your energy work.

Your meditation practice is the key to channeling the energy and enhances intuitive guidance.

And if you want to, you can enhance and encourage this to offer readings as well.

Talk to me about how 😉
