Re-watching Dr Deep Sea 🌊 and Gary Brecka’s latest podcast on Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy — so much great information packed into this one. 🧠🫁⚡️

The more I learn about hyperbaric medicine, the more fascinating it gets. From oxygen delivery and recovery to the science behind how the body responds under pressure, there’s plenty worth learning about.

If you’re interested in HBOT or want to understand the science behind it, definitely give this episode a watch. 🎧🔥

Always learning so we can keep bringing more knowledge to Recover & Refresh. 💪

Don’t worry Dr. Joseph Dituri Gary Brecka, you won’t catch any devices inside our chamber we also supply 100% cotton scrubs 🫡

Our community has always come together when it matters most. ❤️

Jeniekah, a brave young local girl, is fighting an incredibly tough battle with cancer. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help ease the financial burden on her family so they can focus on what truly matters—her recovery.

If you’re in a position to help, please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser. Together, we can make a real difference.

WELCOME TO THE TEAM, MADDI! 💙🔥

We’re proud to officially welcome Maddi Campbell as our newest—and final—sponsored athlete for 2026.

Maddi is the definition of hard work, discipline and determination. She’s constantly pushing her limits, and we’re excited to be part of her journey as she continues to chase new personal bests.

Next stop: HYROX Melbourne. 👊 We’re looking forward to seeing the months of hard training pay off as Maddi takes on the challenge again, aiming to build on her experience and come back even stronger.

At Recover & Refresh, we’re passionate about supporting local athletes who inspire others through their commitment and work ethic. We’re proud to have Maddi representing both Grafton and the Recover & Refresh family.

Train hard. Recover smarter. Trust the process.

Let’s get to work, Maddi! 💙
