💜 Therapy goals are about so much more than what happens in a therapy session.

The skills children build in therapy can support them to feel more comfortable and confident during everyday routines — including mealtimes. 🌟

A goal like developing feeding skills might look like a child feeling comfortable exploring a new food, interacting with unfamiliar foods or gradually being able to sit at the table for longer. 🍓🥦

These moments might seem small, but they can represent meaningful steps towards confidence, participation and more positive mealtime experiences. 💕
