Success = consistency 💪💝

I never thought this was possible after trying so many different ‘diets’. This is a program that becomes a way of life. Stacking habits and understanding the importance of consistency equals success. Definitely a win on the scales but so many non scale wins too. I’m more confident, exercise is easier and I love it. I teach lower primary and getting up and down off the floor is not an issue anymore. This is a program I will continue to embrace as I’ve never felt better. The support from coaches and others on the program is phenomenal and a key part of my success. Thank you Sarkis for supporting me from the beginning 🩷🩷

I’m honestly so happy with how well I’ve gone with this program. I’m far from the perfect person when it comes to recording everything for Michelle, but that’s what makes me appreciate this program even more. I haven’t had to be perfect to see progress, and I’m finally feeling so much healthier and happier within myself. ❤️

More than anything, I’m feeling like I’m becoming the best version of myself for my little boy. I’m really proud of how far I’ve come, and this has honestly proven to me just how well the program works even for someone who isn’t perfect! 🥰❤️

This wasn’t just about losing some weight for me. I needed to change some bad habits and create some healthy food choices. I needed to get my body moving.

It was a slower journey for me but l am so happy with how my body is changing.

I will keep going to l reach my ultimate goal 😉
