Mat Pilates is a beautiful reminder that our bodies can create resistance, challenge, strength and control all on their own.

✨ Introducing Clinical Pilates at Sol Pilates ✨

I’m excited to now be offering personalised Clinical Pilates sessions for those looking to improve their strength, mobility, stability and confidence in movement.

Each person begins with an initial assessment, followed by a personalised exercise program and home exercises tailored to their individual goals. We’ll then work together over a series of sessions, progressing your program as you build strength and confidence.

Clinical Pilates may be suitable for beginners, those returning to exercise, people wanting a more personalised approach to Pilates, or anyone looking to complement their existing exercise routine.

I’m now taking expressions of interest and referrals 🤍

If you’d like to find out more or think Clinical Pilates could be right for you, send me a message.

Bringing awareness to the breath is a key element of Pilates.

Why is it important?
- Can improve mobility and strengthen muscles needed for breathing.
- Improve posture
- Gives us energy
- Supports muscle activation in the core
- Enhances movement quality
- Reduces tension in other areas of the body (eg. the jaw)
