What are the benefits of Crystal Singing Bowls combined with Meditation? We are all frequency, & sound is also frequency. Singing bowl frequency has the ability to bypass the busy mind & help the nervous system relax. Their soothing sounds can help release tension, enhance mental clarity & supports emotional well-being. Made from quartz, this energy is beneficially magnified. So even if you struggle to quiet your busy mind, the vibrations of the bowls will still help ground & centre you.
If you’d like to experience this, I’m holding a Divinely Guided Meditation at The Village Collective Store tomorrow morning (Thursday 4th June) at 9:30am.
