🌱🎶 My Experience with Sound Healing 🎶🌿
I’ll admit, when I first heard about sound healing, I was a bit skeptical. I have ADHD, so I’m used to having a million thoughts racing through my head all at once. The idea of quieting my mind seemed almost daunting. But I decided to give it a go—and I’m SO glad I did. ✨
Sound healing was incredible. I’ve never felt so calm, relaxed, and connected to my body in my entire life. The sounds—vibrations, frequencies—washed over me, and for the first time in what felt like forever, I was just in the moment, with no distractions. It was pure peace. 💖
It gave me a chance to reflect and really think about the direction I want my life to go. It felt like I was giving myself permission to pause, breathe, and be intentional. Honestly, I think I could get addicted to this kind of calm & feel like it was one hour of my life well spent! 🧘♀️
