Clare has worked in health services in the UK, Australia and India and takes a keen interest in public health, health education and the ethics of accessibility to culturally appropriate health care. Clare holds a Bachelor of Science (major in Botany) from UQ, a Professional License from the College of Practical Homeopathy in London, UK and a Master of Public Health (Health promotion and Disease Prevention) from UQ in 2011. In 2021, after using aerial yoga for personal fitness and injury management for a decade, Clare completed her aerial yoga teacher training. Adding the benefits of anti- gravity exercise to a natural health program provides massive progress in physical, spiritual and mental health.

This is a rather special class, easy-going and super friendly for women only.
We focus on flexibility, strength and neural system regulation while having some laughs.
The cost is $30 for 75 minutes ($25 if you byo hammock and rigging)
