I always say I’m a student of my own body. The learning never stops. That’s part of why mindset in regards to living with Endometriosis and having cycle challenges doesn’t get me down as much as others would expect considering how debilitating Endometriosis can be.

I’ve been going through a DNA genetic process where I’m finding out more root causes about my health state over the past few years and I’m being blown away.

Learning how genetic mutations can create the perfect storm for Endonetriosis to thrive in some bodies. It’s not all bad news though, the more answers I get the more I’m able to support myself and in return support others.

Currently deepening ny knowledge on supplements, diets -very specific foods to support our bodies process with Endo & cycle challenges!! And I’m so excited to dive into this with my 1:1 clients in the near future!!

Knowledge is power, stay open, stay humble :)

Imagine if I constantly identified with the version of myself who has to cancel plans, can hardly walk or parent how I’d wish during an Endo flare up. Or if I really believed that the version of me who has less capacity compared to 4ish years ago- due to sleep deprivation 3+ years of breast feeding, and 2 pregnancy’s in the last 4 years… was who I truly am?

There is SEASONS in life, some of them are for mothering, and tucking your children in every night and saying no to dinner plans. Some of them are for setting fearless boundaries and saying no to adventures that require more physical effort when you’re close to a flare up phase in your cycle. And some of them are for raising a glass and saying cheers to the freakin weekend🎉

Learning about our cycles teaches us a lot about our bodies, but it also teaches us about everything in life being a season. We are just like nature- nothing is permanent- not even your identity, so don’t clutch on too tight my hunnies xx

Pregnancy does not FIX, cure or HEAL endometriosis. Let’s get rid of this narrative!!

In trimester two and currently have lingering symptoms from Endo & pelvic congestion syndrome. Grateful I’ve worked on my mindset & identity through cyclical living ✨

made me do it😝

Let’s be honest here-there is no cure for Endometriosis.

And the last thing I ever want to do is spiritually bypass this condition by telling you that if you just regulate your nervous system, live cyclically, breathe deeply, cut out gluten, and “heal your feminine energy”… you’ll magically stop flaring and no longer be chronically ill.

Because honestly? I think a lot of people are selling false hope off the back of women’s deepest pain.

And I feel conflicted sometimes, because cyclical living has changed my life.

It’s helped me understand my patterns.
It’s given me more compassion for myself.
It’s helped me create stronger boundaries around my needs.
It’s allowed me to feel more connected to my body instead of constantly at war with it.

But it hasn’t “healed” my Endometriosis.

What it has done is support me. Deeply.

It’s brought me emotional relief.
Clarity.
Awareness.
A sense of safety in my body again.
And at times, a feeling that I have some level of agency within a diagnosis that can otherwise feel incredibly consuming.

But I still have hard days.
I still dread certain flare ups.
I still have moments where I feel trapped in my own body.

Both things can exist at once.

So if you ever work with me, know this:
I’m not here to promise you a cure…

I’m here to see you as a whole person✨
To walk alongside you.
To help you understand your body more deeply.
To SUPPORT your nervous system, your cycle, your lifestyle, your emotions, your pain patterns, your boundaries, your humanity.

Because yes! cyclical living can absolutely support women with Endo. And also… Endometriosis can still be incredibly hard.
Sometimes devastatingly so💔

I’m willing to sit in that tension with you instead of pretending it doesn’t exist.

My job is not to cure or treat you or think that with a specific breathing exercise your endometriosis lesions will dissolve. Think of me like the in between space of health practitioners. Pure support🙌

If you live with Endometriosis or chronic cycle pain, I’d genuinely love to know:
How does the name “The Endo Relief Method” feel to you?

Does the word relief feel supportive… or does it f

Second trimester, roughly two-ish weeks after a big move, slowly coming out of the first trimester trenches of feeling hungover every second of everyday for over 3 months!

Then straight into a big body load with a huge house move, holding toddler emotions through big life transitions and holding myself too! As we settle into this new space, give ourselves time to breathe before we can meet new community- I thought I’d be able to start meeting people straight away but the truth is, I’ve been at capacity with this big season and so much change whilst raising a human, growing a human & starting to get back into business slowly.

On the bright side, we’ve been loving having the ocean so close to us to ground us. Plus finally being less nauseas to be able to commit to making my pregnancy cravings that are gluten, dairy and oat free 😝 donuts at 8pm at night were A WIN🎉

Oh and baby in my belly is getting close to the size of a chipmunk 🐿️🥰✨

Because your cycle tells us the whole story, it’s like a map! Guiding us to deeper answers.

Even though Endo isn’t just a “bad period” disease, your hormones, nervous system, inflammation, energy, digestion, pain sensitivity, and flare-ups often shift throughout your cycle.

Your period is not the problem! But your cycle can become one of the biggest keys into understanding your body.

A lot of women notice there are phases where:

-foods feel more tolerable

-bloating is worse

-pain increases

-energy crashes

-ovulation flares hit

-emotions feel heavier

-the nervous system feels fried

-inflammation ramps up

And when you start tracking these patterns, you can clearly see your body is not “randomly attacking” you!! It’s giving you- clues! Youre able to start preparing with your body instead of constantly getting blindsided by it.

For many women, Endo is also deeply influenced by estrogen dominance, estrogen sensitivity, histamine, inflammation, stress physiology, pelvic tension, nervous system overload, gut health, and immune function- all things that interact heavily with the menstrual cycle🙌🤯

Which is why support for Endometriosis has to be bigger than just surviving your bleed!!

Of coarse medical support cannot be dismissed.Specialists matter.Scans matter.Surgery can matter & improve things.

But so does:

✅nervous system support

✅nourishment

✅stress load

✅movement

✅rest

✅cycle awareness

✅emotional wellbeing

✅pelvic floor health

✅learning your body’s patterns

Let’s be real Endo affects a WHOLE person 🧘‍♀️Not just a uterus once a month, and if you have Endo im sure you can resonate with that!

When you start looking at the whole picture & have a deeper understanding of how your cycle impacts Endo you stop fighting your body daily🫶

One thing I wish more women with Endo understood is that healing isn’t just about supplements, surgery, food, or hormones.

The state of your nervous system matters too. When your body is constantly stuck in survival mode I.e rushing, bracing, overstimulated, anxious, pushing through pain, feeling unsupported or unsafe- your body often struggles to soften, regulate, digest, repair, and come out of inflammation.

I’m not saying Endo is “caused by stress” because it’s absolutely not that simple, but I am saying that living in a chronically dysregulated state can make flare ups feel louder, heavier, longer, and harder to recover from. And because our nervous system shifts across the cycle too, many women notice certain phases feel more tender, overstimulating, emotional, or inflammatory than others. A lot of women with Endo are carrying years of tension, hypervigilance, exhaustion, and disconnection from their bodies without even realising it. Sometimes managing Endo starts with creating more safety in the body…

slowing down enough to hear it, support it, and stop fighting against it every second of the day.

22/05/2026

People think Endo is just lesions and hormones. But so much of living with Endo is also what happens to the nervous system after being in pain for so long.

The bracing.
The exhaustion.
The inflammation.
The pelvic floor tension.
The hypervigilance.
The way your body starts anticipating pain before it even arrives.

This is why the ocean can feel so healing for so many women with Endo. Not because it “cures” anything…But because it gives the body a chance to soften.

Cold water stimulates the vagus nerve and helps shift the body into parasympathetic mode so it can rest, digest, repair✨

The rhythmic sound of waves, salt air, sunlight, repetitive movement, and being immersed in water all give the nervous system cues of safety and regulation.

And the buoyancy of water helps support the pelvis doesn’t from feeling so heavy which is a huge relief for us too!

It allows for a break in gravity pulling &
Not holding everything together so tightly.

Even walking barefoot on sand can support circulation, grounding, pelvic mobility, and bring you back into your body instead of feeling trapped fighting against it.

A lot of women with chronic pain stop feeling safe in their body. A regulated nervous system & healthier environment create tiny moments of trust again.

Moments where the body feels:
held
spacious
playful
free

All that matters.

Because safety changes physiology, and that isn’t talked about enough!

The countdown is on!!!
Big things and big moves happening in the next couple months for me( birthing my Endo Relief Method into the world!!) If you asked me a few a months back if I could build a biz posting less than 6 x a week and burning myself to the ground I would have thought it was a big fat lie.

But guess what, I’m not here to follow what everyone else is doing. I’ve tried that and it didn’t work- I’m here to listen to my body, follow my cues and build something that feels deeply nourishing to myself and others. I refuse to abandon my teachings, my body, and what I share with other clients in the name of making a quick buck.

Call me crazy, but I really believe I can have my dream life, working in alignment with my bodies capacity being present for my family and reaching hundreds of woman and providing them with the support I once wish I had.

Don’t forget to dream big- don’t dream from the lowest point of energy & capacity you may have. Dream like there’s no limitations. We create our own reality ✨❤️ somehow Endo has further reinforced this for me, and it’s my gift to share it with others 🌞

The why to the supplements I chose to take in my pre-conception journey:

✨ NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine)
This is one of my non-negotiables. It supports detox pathways + reduces oxidative stress (which is huge with Endo). Think: helping your body clear excess inflammation so your system can focus on fertility, not survival

✨ High strength Omega 3 (EPA/DHA)
Anti-inflammatory magic. Endo = inflammation… and this helps calm that internal fire, support egg quality, and nourish your hormones at a cellular level

✨ CoQ10
Energy for your eggs 🥚
Literally supports mitochondrial function (aka the energy inside your cells). Especially important if you’ve been depleted, in chronic pain, or trying to optimise egg quality

✨ Magnesium blend
For the nervous system, the uterus, the whole body
Supports relaxation, reduces cramping, helps regulate stress hormones… which ALL impact ovulation and implantation. This blend also includes inositol which is KING for insulin resistance!!

✨ Probiotics/prenatal (especially preconception blends)
Your gut = your hormone foundation
Supporting your microbiome helps with estrogen metabolism, inflammation, and even the vaginal environment for conception. This also includes dried liver which is wonderful for iron which you want to have healthy levels prior to conceiving to support your body throughout pregnancy.

The why to choosing to see some health professionals prior to conception:

🌿 A naturopath helps you actually understand your body
Not just “take this supplement” but why, what’s happening hormonally, where inflammation is coming from, what your body is asking for

🤍 A pelvic floor physio
This one is HUGE for Endo
Releasing tension, improving blood flow, supporting the uterus + surrounding structures so your body feels safe to conceive (not bracing or guarding)

🩸 Blood tests through a GP (or integrative doctor)
Checking iron, thyroid, vitamin D, inflammation markers, hormones…
Because guessing isn’t supportive when your body is already asking for clarity.

Oh and I also forgot to mention a very important one, couples & individual counselling with
