We’re four months from the end of the year.
And if your brain just did the audit the goals, the plans, the version of this year you imagined in January I get it.
But before you decide you haven’t done enough?
I want you to think back.
Not to your goals list.
To the moments this year that arrived without warning. The things you never planned for. The moments where you genuinely didn’t know if you were going to be okay.
And you got through them anyway.
There’s no metric for that. No highlight reel. No certificate that says “you held yourself together on the hardest Tuesday of your year and kept going.”
But that is not the absence of achievement.
That is the achievement.
Sometimes life doesn’t follow the plan. Sometimes it’s building something in you instead.
The wisdom from the hard moments. The version of you that had to be rebuilt quietly. The things that broke you open a little and left you more yourself than before.
That counts.
So before you write off this year ask yourself this:
What did I survive? And what did it teach me?
Drop a 🤍 below and tell me what’s one thing you survived this year that you haven’t given yourself credit for yet? I genuinely want to know. 👇
