It’s an important shift—and one highlighted in yesterday’s Sydney Sun Herald article.

But I'm concerned there’s something missing.

What happens when parents try to stop accomoadting in the face of a child's upset?
When stepping back makes things harder before it gets better?

The stress for parents inevitably gets ramped up, and parents find themselves caught in their own anxiety—and don’t know how to break the cycle.
