💛 SAYING GOODBYE TO ONE OF OUR ALL TIME FAVOURITES 💛

After just over two amazing years, we’re saying goodbye to our beautiful Sonya as she heads off on her sea change to Queensland!

Sonya has been such a special part of City Cave Richmond. She didn’t just provide incredible massages, she built genuine relationships with her clients, created a loyal following and helped so many people across the Hawkesbury feel better, move better and take some much-needed time for themselves.
She has also been an absolute superstar team member, always supportive, positive, hardworking and willing to help wherever needed. ❤️

Watching Sonya grow in confidence and build such a successful massage business with us has been incredibly rewarding, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything she has achieved.
While we are SO sad to see her go, we’re incredibly excited for her next chapter. Queensland is very lucky to be getting you, Sonya! 🥹🌴

📅 Sonya’s last day is September 19th!
She only has a few appointments remaining, so if you’ve been meaning to book in with her one last time, NOW is the time! Get in quick before those final spots disappear. 💆‍♀️

💛 R U OK? Day - asking is just the beginning.

Today is a reminder that a simple “Are you OK?” can open the door to a really important conversation.

But what happens next?

👂 Listen.
Give them your time and your full attention. You don’t need to have all the answers.

💬 Ask again.
If something doesn’t seem right, gently check in. Sometimes people need more than one invitation to open up.

🤝 Support them.
Ask, “What do you need right now?” or “How can I support you?”

🌱 Follow up.
A message tomorrow, a phone call next week, or simply remembering what they shared can mean more than you realise.

And remember, you don’t have to be a professional to make a difference. Sometimes a listening ear, a kind word, or a little encouragement can be the thing someone needs to keep going.

✨ MEET JAYMIE! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome our newest massage therapist to the City Cave team! 🌿💆‍♀️

Jaymie graduated from the Australian Institute of Fitness and, although she’s only been a qualified therapist for 3 months, she’s already been making a big impression with some seriously wonderful reviews from our clients!

She’s trained in Remedial, Deep Tissue and Relaxation massage, and loves taking a holistic approach to helping people feel their best, whether that means easing pain and tension or simply creating a little more calm and balance.

When she’s not helping clients unwind, you’ll find Jaymie enjoying the great outdoors and heading out on bush walks with her family 🌳🥾

We’re thrilled to have you on the team, Jaymie! 💚
