Sometimes people don’t realise they need extra support until things have already started getting harder. It might be a wound that isn’t healing, medications becoming difficult to manage, more falls, new continence concerns or frequent trips to the ED.

Jess is one of the nurses behind Clinacare and brings experience from working across metropolitan, regional and remote areas of Queensland.

Ask Jess what she loves most about nursing, and she’ll tell you it’s being able to help people through some of their most challenging times of their lives. She finds it incredibly rewarding to care for people when they’re at their sickest and to play a pivotal part in helping them recover.

Outside of nursing, Jess is a busy mum of three boys. She understands the importance of family and brings the same warmth, kindness and genuine approach to every person she meets.

Meet Jenn 💚

Jenn is one of the nurses behind Clinacare and a big part of why the business means so much to her is personal. Two years ago, her mum had a stroke and now receives NDIS support. Through that experience, Jenn has seen firsthand how much of a difference good quality care at home can make not just for the person receiving it, but for their whole family too.

Being on both sides of the experience as both a nurse and a family member has strongly shaped the way Jenn approaches her nursing care. Clinacare has been built around the kind of support she would want for her own family: genuine, reliable and high-quality.
