Yeah I know it's the 9th, But that's kinda the point.
Because 8/8 isn't just about one date on a calendar.
It's the lead up when s**t starts stirring, the actual day when things can feel bloody intense and then cpmes the aftermath when you start making sense of what came up.

The emotions, the exhaustion, the clarity, the releases and the things suddenly hitting differently,Sometimes we don't even realise we're shifting until we're already on the other side of it.
So if this last week or weekend has felt a little f**king messy, weird, heavy, emotional or powerful...

Maybe don't rush past it.

And as I say from my life lived experiences just Sit with it, feel it, release it what you're done carrying let it go and realign with what actually feels right you.
