We are looking for quality disability support workers to build our team. This is a casual role with the opportunity to grow with the right people.
Key responsibilities include:
⭐️ Assisting participants to access the community
⭐️ Provide in-home support including some domestic duties
⭐️ Provide encouragement and support to assist participants to maintain their independence
⭐️ Have a strong focus on participant choice and control.
⭐️Maintain a safe and respectful environment for both participants and workers
Key must haves:
✅ Certificate III in individual support (disability) or equivalent
✅ Working with Vulnerable people with NDIS
endorsement
✅ First aid and CPR certificate
✅ Drivers licence and own vehicle with full comp insurance
✅ National police check
✅ Completed NDIS Worker orientation
✅ Great communication skills both verbal and written
