Tonight we’re moving into the Sacral Chakra — with a beautiful hip-focused Yin practice designed to create space through the hips, pelvis and lower back.

We’ll be spending time in some deeper hip openers, slowing everything right down and allowing the body time to soften and release, before finishing with Sound Healing. ✨

The Sacral Chakra is associated with movement, creativity, emotions, pleasure and our ability to flow — so tonight is all about creating a little more space, physically and energetically.

And with only 5 Wednesday sessions left before I head away, I’ve simplified things for the final few weeks:

Tonight we complete our journey through my four new crystal bowls with Lazuli — my beautiful deep blue Lapis Lazuli + White Quartz bowl, tuned to 285 Hz.

Lapis Lazuli has long been associated with wisdom, intuition, truth, inner vision and spiritual awareness, while 285 Hz is traditionally associated with healing, restoration and returning the body towards balance.

Our Yin practice tonight will reflect that quieter, more inward energy — slowing everything down, creating space in the body and allowing the mind to become still enough to listen to that deeper inner knowing we so often drown out in everyday life.

And throughout the practice, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to simply feel the vibration of Lazuli and experience this very different frequency for yourself.

Tonight’s Yin will be full of those nice, juicy poses that give you time to soften into them, release tension and leave your whole body feeling good.

We’ll be working with Rosie, my Rose Quartz crystal bowl. Rose Quartz is traditionally associated with love, compassion, emotional healing and self-love — a beautiful match for a night focused on nurturing yourself.

Rosie carries 396 Hz, a Solfeggio frequency traditionally associated with releasing fear, guilt and heavy emotional energy. We’ll weave her through the practice and then settle into sound healing at the end, giving you plenty of time to simply lie back and feel the vibrations.

This beautiful bowl is made with 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗱 and is tuned to 𝟱𝟮𝟴 𝗛𝘇 – one of the best-known Solfeggio frequencies, often referred to as 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆.

We’ll move through a gentle Yin practice before settling into a sound healing where you’ll be invited to simply notice the vibrations, the stillness, and whatever your body is ready to receive.

After months of waiting, four extraordinary new crystal alchemy singing bowls are making their debut.

Carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders?

There’s a reason we use that expression.

When life feels full, our shoulders are often one of the first places to tighten. We lift them without realising, our breathing becomes shallow, and we carry that tension with us all day.

Tonight’s Yin Yoga & Sound Healing is an invitation to put some of that weight down for a while.

We’ll explore gentle supported poses to release the shoulders, neck and upper body, slow the breath, and finish with a deeply relaxing sound healing.

You don’t have to switch your mind off. You don’t have to be flexible. You simply need to give yourself permission to pause.
