About Transformational Breathwork

Breath is the most powerful yet simple tool we have at our disposal & yet we under-utilise it enormously. In this session, we will use Consciously Connected Breathing & carefully selected music to take you on a journey. Many people who have experienced Transformative Breathwork say it is one of the most powerfully transformative experiences of their lives. It can facilitate major shifts of energy, both emotionally & physically, releasing tension & clearing the mind. This can be a highly emotional experience & one that allows you to move past previous experiences & blocks to a more joyful place of self-love. A sacred space is created for you to delve deeply into self-exploration, expansion, release &transformation. Allow between 90 mins to 2 hours. Please eat a light meal about an hour before your session & wear loose comfortable clothing. About Chakra Balance Massage

Chakras are the bodies energy centers. When they are out of balance we are affected physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. When they are in balance we can function well on all levels. Chakra Balance Massage is a hands on therapy utilising many modalities as well as powerful intuition to bring the chakras back into balance. Because it works directly with the chakras there is no limit to the issues that can be relieved with this treatment. It is an experience unlike any other!
