I have super exciting news! 🎉

After 9 years and 8 months, and an incredible 16,983 clinical exercise sessions delivered, INK Fitness and Health has been rebranded and relocated.

From today, my business will be known as INK Exercise Physiology and be located within a multidisciplinary Allied Health Clinic at Kallangur! 🥳👏

The new clinic will officially open on the 15th September and will be fitted out with new commercial strength equipment plus all of the same torture devices…er….gym equipment I currently use. 😈💪

This change better reflects the specialised, evidence-based exercise services I provide, whilst continuing the same care, support, and community you’ve come to know and love. 🧬🔬

Thank you with all of my heart, to every single client who has been part of my professional journey so far — whether you’ve been here for one session or hundreds, you have been integral to the Exercise Physiologist I am today. 💖💖
