It was so lovely sharing a sunset Kirtan at a dear friend's birthday yesterday. Overlooking the valley at the gorgeous Blue Monkey Mountains venue. This was our first Kirtan in 432hz blending ancient meditative call and response chanting with a frequency believed to mirror the natural geometry of the universe.

432hz, the frequency used in Sound Therapy offers a slightly lower pitch creating a deeper, more grounding and peaceful soundscape.

With a peak of energy on Shiva Shambo and participants standing up to dance, we all felt so blissful by the end of the kirtan.

We sent special prayers to Nepal and the rest of the world as we chanted Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu - may all beings everywhere be free and happy and may our thoughts and actions contribute to this ... Sat Nam 🙏🏻✨️🦋 our thoughts go to everyone going through deep grief at the moment... we send so much love and strength your way...

Namaste beautiful souls 🙏🏻✨️🌸

Please join us - Margot, Diego, Mat & Bee for Kirtan on Sunday 26th July, a bhakti gathering and a sacred journey where we chant from the heart, weaving our voices together and calling in divine names and the energy they invoke.

This will be the last Kirtan for us in a little while as we will be taking a winter break...

We have planned a lovely get together with some Vocal Toning, some Devotional Chanting and some delicious Chai & Community time to close the session...

We suggest a $20 donation however don't let finances get in the way, join us and donate what you can.

The event will take place at Flowstate studio in Lawson, from 4 to 6 PM.

Kirtan Yatra is delighted to start offering a monthly Kirtan this year, from the 29th March - join us on the last Sunday of each month and let yourself drift away to the beautiful melodies of the various instruments and the vocal harmonies, chanting divine names and calling in the energies they invoke…

Kirtan Yatra is a sacred journey to the heart... a journey where humming, toning, praying, chanting - with humility & devotion takes us back to our very heart centre... A journey where all of our voices are medicine and where all emotions are welcome. A journey where we remember who we are at our core and who our Ancestors were...

As we enter a trance, we loose track of time and space and reach deep transcendental and meditative states. And as we surrender, we gently let our hearts open and smile, remembering the very essence of life: LOVE...

For this very first Kirtan of the year, Margot will be joined by Ally & Anthony from Woonona Shala - a special offering and divine collaboration, taking place at the heart of the Blue Mountains...
