I used to hide parts of myself because I was worried about what people would think.

What I did.
What I believed.
What I was interested in.
How spiritual I was.
What I wanted to create.

Not anymore.

I’ve learnt that if my authenticity makes someone uncomfortable, that discomfort belongs to them.

Maybe it challenges something they don’t understand.
Maybe it touches a fear they haven’t looked at.
Maybe they simply wouldn’t choose the same life.

And that’s okay.

I’m not here to make everyone comfortable with who I am.

I’m here to be fully myself xo

ENERGY RESET ✨

Go through the people you follow on Instagram and ask yourself:

Does this person still align with who I am becoming?

Unfollow, mute or remove anyone who:
- constantly triggers comparison
- brings up old wounds or resentment
- belongs to a chapter you’re trying to move on from
- makes you question yourself every time you see them
- feels draining rather than inspiring
- you only follow out of guilt, history or obligation
- you feel you need to energetically cut the cord with
- no longer reflects the life, energy or values you want around you

Your feed is something you consume every single day.

So treat it like your home.

Clear the old energy.
Protect your attention.
Make space for what feels aligned now.

Ahhhh The Ego...

The part of us that seeks worth through approval, possessions, achievements, comparison or being right.

It might sound like:

“I need them to like me.”

“If I’m not successful, I’m not good enough.”

“I need to prove my point.”

“They have more than me, so I’m behind."

So I do reiki.. but I also don't.

Do I use the symbols my teachers gave me?
No.

Do I need them?
Nope!

After my Reiki attunements, I immediately received my own symbols.

My energy work has evolved into something that has been taught to me by teachers Earthside, but also by Ascendant Masters.

My sessions can involve Reiki, but I also work higher consciousness, divine feminine energy, guides, Akashic-style teachers and intuitive channeling.. and MUCH more.

Throughout my own spiritual development I’ve repeatedly received the message that my role is to work as a lightworker.

So yes, Reiki is part of what I do.

But it’s not the whole story anymore.

My work is intuitive, channelled and completely my own 🌿💕✨️
