Beer + Bubs is a relaxed evening designed specifically for dads-to-be.

Held in a comfortable pub setting, the session provides practical, down-to-earth childbirth education to help dads understand how to support their partner during labour, what to expect through birth, how to care for their newborn, and how to step into fatherhood with greater confidence.

A pub meal is included, along with the opportunity to meet other local dads-to-be and ask the questions they may not feel comfortable asking elsewhere.

Beer + Bubs is now available on the Central Coast, presented by local birth educator Lexi Kemp.
