COMPLIANCE MATTERS TO US ππ
Thereβs a lot that happens behind the scenes when you book a HappiHive Hero.
You see the music, movement, laughter and connection.
Behind that, weβre making sure weβre doing things properly too.
HappiHive is set up to pay Superannuation for our entertainers and instructors in accordance with applicable ATO requirements.
And for aged care providers, this is important.
DID YOU KNOW?
If your organisation engages an entertainer or instructor directly as a contractor, you may still have an obligation to pay their Superannuation, depending on the nature of the arrangement and the ATO's contractor super rules.
Having an ABN, submitting an invoice or being described as an "independent contractor" doesn't automatically remove an organisation's potential Superannuation obligations.
Itβs one of those behind-the-scenes compliance responsibilities that can easily be overlooked.
When you book your entertainment, movement and engagement services through HappiHive, we manage our HappiHive Heroes, including our applicable Superannuation obligations.
That means:
π Less administration for your team
π One less compliance responsibility to navigate
π Professional entertainers and instructors who are properly supported
π One agency managing your engagement services
π More time for your team to focus on your residents
We believe being a professional aged care engagement agency means more than simply finding someone to turn up and run an activity.
It means having the systems, processes and responsibilities behind that person taken care of too.
We look after our Heroes, so they can focus on creating incredible experiences for your residents.
Because compliance matters.
Our people matter.
And the older people we are privileged to work with matter.
Real connection. Genuine care. The HappiHive way. ππ
