Community Access — now taking new NDIS participants

I'm Gabriel Carazo — ACA-Accredited Counsellor and Family Therapist, Forest School Level 3 Leader and Certified Play Therapist, with 15+ years in the community sector and the last four running bush and adventure playgroups in the Macedon Ranges.
Alongside my counselling practice, I take participants into the bush for hands-on 1:1 support. After all these years, this is still where I see real change happen — one person, one challenge, one meaningful gain at a time.
🗓️ New availability: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays.
What we do
Bush walks and exploration · Forest School skills and safe tool use · navigation and route planning · fossicking, waterfalls, caves and geology · community access to cafés, gear shops and local meets.

• Young people and adults with ADHD and autism
• Neurodevelopmental conditions
• Intellectual and psychosocial disability
• Co-occurring AOD concerns
What we build
Confidence, independence, social participation, emotional regulation and resilience.
Every session is enjoyable and mapped to the participant's NDIS goals — tracked, documented and reported, so progress is clear and reviewable.
Qualifications
ACA-Accredited Counsellor & Family Therapist · Grad Cert in Relationship Counselling · Forest School Level 3 · Certified Play Therapist (Play Strong) · Diploma of Community Services (AOD & Mental Health) · Cert IV TAE · CBT (CBT Australia) · LEGO®-Based Therapy Facilitator · Gottman & EFT trained
NDIS Worker Screening · WWCC · First Aid & CPR · Public Liability.
Funding & referrals
Delivered under the Community Access line item for plan- and self-managed participants.
Referrals welcome from Support Coordinators, LACs, Plan Managers, families and self-managing participants — I work collaboratively with your team, with clear notes, progress reports and care team participation.
