There was a time I never thought I’d have the confidence to show up like this… and now here I am 🥹

Stronger. Happier. Healthier.

Not a fancy office....
Just dirt, sweat, and showing up anyway 🌾

This life has taught me more about consistency than anything ever could.

Feeling like your body just doesn’t want to move lately… even the simplest things feel hard?

I get it… when your energy is low, motivation is even lower.

But here’s something I’ve learnt over the years 👇
You don’t need to start big… you just need to start.

This morning in the NT, the weather has shifted… cooler air, less humidity… and it reminded me how good it feels to simply move again.
No pressure. No extremes.

Just one step… then another.

Because when you start showing up for your body — even in the smallest ways — things begin to shift.

And you start feeling like YOU again.

It’s not always easy…
long days, heat, early starts….but it’s mine

And I’ll be honest…
there was a time I didn’t feel like I could keep up with it
Tired… flat… just pushing through

These days feel different
Not because I’m doing more…
but because I started doing things differently
Looking after myself isn’t optional anymore
it’s what allows me to keep showing up for this life I love 💛
