There are so many simple, body-based ways to create a moment of calm, comfort or grounding:

❄️ Cold — a cool pack, cold water on your face or stepping into fresh air
☀️ Warmth — a warm shower, bath, heat pack or sunshine
🌬️ Breath — slowing down and making your exhale a little longer
🧘‍♀️ Movement — stretching, walking, yoga, shaking it out or simply changing position
🦶 Grounding — bare feet on the grass, noticing what you can see, hear and feel
🤲 Touch — massage, self-massage, a hug or gentle pressure
🎶 Sound — music, humming, singing or simply finding somewhere quiet
🌿 Nature — fresh air, ocean, trees, sunlight, water
💜 Stillness — sometimes doing absolutely nothing for a few minutes is exactly what you need.

No perfect routine. No one-size-fits-all answer.

Just different tools to explore and discover what helps you feel a little more settled, present and back in your body.

Save this for the days your mind feels a little too loud.
