✨ MODERN TRANQUILITY ✨

A Hands-On Reiki & Crystal Alchemy Sound Experience

Join Rich, Emma & Lauren for an immersive 90-minute journey into deep rest, healing, sound and connection. 🤍

Rich & Emma of Elemental & Co will work together throughout the space, offering hands-on Reiki healing and a divine balance of masculine and feminine energies — two Reiki practitioners working in harmony to create a nurturing, balanced and deeply supportive space for you to simply let go and receive.

Alongside them, Lauren of The Modern Bohemian will weave the beautiful frequencies of her Crystal Alchemy Bowls throughout the room, creating an immersive soundscape as Reiki, vibration and energy come together as one experience.

✨ Allow the mind to quiet.
✨ Allow the body to soften.
✨ Allow yourself to be held.
✨ Allow yourself to receive.

You’ll be lying comfortably on an inflatable mattress provided for you, surrounded by Reiki and sound as we guide you into a blissful state of stillness and relaxation.

Towards the end of our journey, we’ll gently bring you back into the space with time to ground, reflect and journal anything that may have come forward for you.

✨ WHAT AN INCREDIBLE WEEKEND AT ELEMENTAL & CO! ✨

Our hearts are so full after an absolutely jam-packed weekend of connection, healing, community and a little bit of magic. 🤍

We began with our Floating Sound Bath on Land with gorgeous Bec from thefloatingmindandyoga — such a blissful experience of deep rest, beautiful sound and complete relaxation. The perfect way to slow down, switch off and simply receive. 🧘‍♀️✨

Then on Saturday evening, the beautiful Therese Lowton of SEŠEN TEMPLE transported us to another dimension with her Blue Lotus Sound Ceremony. 💙🪷

An immersive journey inspired by ancient Kemet, weaving together Blue Lotus tea, sound, frequency, voice, meditation and ceremony. It was powerful, deeply moving and such a beautiful gift to everyone who shared the space.

And somehow… we still had more! 😂

We finished the weekend with a HUGE day at The Witches Summit — nearly 12 hours of workshops, conversations, connection, learning, sharing and community. 🔮✨

The commitment from everyone who stayed for almost the entire 12-hour journey was incredible!

A massive thank you to our good friend Katrena Friel and every single person who donated their time, energy, knowledge and gifts to make the day so special. Events like this simply wouldn’t happen without people coming together and genuinely wanting to create something magical for the community.

And of course, thank you to EVERYONE who walked through our doors this weekend. Whether you came for a sound bath, ceremony, workshop, healing, connection or simply to experience something new — you are what makes Elemental & Co what it is. 🤍

When we created this space, this is exactly what we hoped for — a place where people could gather, connect, heal, learn, explore and feel welcome.

What a weekend. What a community. 🥹✨

Here’s to many, many more events at Elemental & Co!

We’re only getting started. 🤍
