Have you had something to eat?
Have you had something to drink?
Have you taken your vitamins or medicine?
And you're doing an amazing job of being a Mum.

One thing I don't love about working in maternal mental health is the way that Mum's wellbeing is treated as optional. As a bonus, an add on or a thing that's nice to have rather that a vital aspect of health.
We all deserve to feel healthy- both physically and mentally, and being a Mum doesn't mean we deserve it any less.

The new Senate Select Committee on Women’s Health is now accepting submissions. The Select Committee will examine critical women’s health issues including the postpartum period, women’s pain, fertility and the regulation of medical devices. Submissions don’t need to be complex, it can be as simple as sharing your story. What did you expect from your birth and did it meet your expectations
Do you feel as though you’re being supported in motherhood
