✨ Card of the Month: Five of Swords ⚔️

The Five of Swords invites us to look a little deeper at the battles we’re choosing to fight, and, perhaps more importantly, the ones we’re ready to walk away from.

This month, the collective may be feeling called to release conflict, old patterns, mental exhaustion, or situations where proving your point has become more important than protecting your peace.

Ask yourself: Is this worth my energy?
Not every battle needs to be won. Sometimes the greatest victory is choosing yourself, stepping back, and allowing what no longer serves you to fall away.

The Five of Swords can also bring awareness around communication, boundaries and ego. Notice where you may be giving your power away, and where you’re being invited to reclaim it. 🕊️

Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. Trust what your intuition is showing you. ✨

If you’d like to explore what the Five of Swords is personally bringing up for you, I offer individual readings to support you with deeper insight and guidance.

There is something so beautiful about simply being. 🤍

No rushing, no striving, no need to be anywhere else… just sitting quietly in the moment, completely at ease.

Our animals have a beautiful way of reminding us that we don’t always need to do something to make a moment meaningful. Sometimes healing can be found in stillness, in slowing down, and in allowing ourselves to simply be.

Maybe today, take a moment to pause, breathe, and notice where you are. You don’t have to achieve anything in that moment. Just be. 🐾✨

There are places in nature where the veil feels thinner.

Where the trees stand quietly, rooted in what is unseen, and the mist reminds us that not everything meaningful is meant to be understood at once.

Perhaps this is one of life’s deeper invitations: to stop demanding clarity from every moment.

To trust what is taking shape beyond our sight.
To let the unknown breathe around us.
To remember that the forest does not need to see the whole path to know how to grow.

Sometimes the soul asks for the same thing.

Not answers.
Not certainty.

Just stillness enough to hear what has been whispering within us all along. 🌿

They say laughter is the best medicine, but I think it might just be connection. 💃🕺✨

When I look at this beautiful moment, I don’t just see a dance. I see two nervous systems co-regulating in perfect harmony. I see vibrant life force energy in motion. I see the kind of deep, holistic wellness that you simply cannot bottle or buy.

We often think of healing as strict routines, supplements, or silent meditation.

But true healing is also found in the spaces between us. It lives in:

The spontaneous moments of movement that shake stagnant energy loose.

The shared, genuine smiles that flood our bodies with endorphins.

The willingness to let our inner child out to play, no matter our age.

Wellness is meant to be lived, felt, and shared. Tag someone below who always makes your soul feel lighter and your energy vibrate higher! 👇

Sometimes it takes a different perspective to see what’s really there.

We can spend so much of our lives looking at ourselves through the same lens, the same stories, beliefs, expectations.

But what happens when we shift the angle? When we soften the way we see ourselves, something begins to change in the way we move through the world.

Maybe healing isn’t always about changing who we are… maybe it’s about seeing ourselves more clearly. ✨

🌋 What happens when we react to everything?

"If you will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you.”

— Bruce Lee

A volcano doesn’t erupt because of one tiny thing.

It’s the pressure building beneath the surface.

And sometimes, we’re the same.

A comment.
A criticism.
A trigger.
A situation that touches an old wound…

And suddenly, we erupt.

But healing teaches us something different.

We can pause.
We can breathe.
We can feel without becoming the feeling.
We can ask ourselves, “Is this really mine to carry?”

Emotional healing isn’t about suppressing what you feel. It’s about learning how to move through your emotions without letting them control you.

Not every trigger needs a reaction.
Not every comment deserves your energy.
Not every fire needs to become an eruption.

Protect your peace. 🌿

When control is actually a coping mechanism... 🌿

Sometimes what looks like controlling behaviour isn't really about wanting power over a situation or another person.

It's about trying to create a sense of safety.

When we've experienced uncertainty, disappointment, unpredictability, or situations where we felt powerless, we can learn to cope by trying to anticipate everything, plan everything, analyse everything, or control the outcome.

And it makes sense.

Control can temporarily quiet the fear of “What if something goes wrong?”

But eventually, the coping mechanism can become the source of our exhaustion.

Because the more we try to control what is outside of us, the more we may find ourselves living in a constant state of monitoring, analysing and anticipating.

We can't control another person's feelings.

We can't control their choices.

We can't control whether someone stays or leaves.

We can't control everything that happens to us.

And that's where letting go can feel incredibly uncomfortable.

But letting go doesn't mean becoming passive or giving up.

It means learning to distinguish between-what is yours to carry and what isn't.

You can control your choices.

Your boundaries.

Your responses.

The way you speak to yourself.

The people you allow into your life.

And the way you care for yourself when life doesn't unfold the way you hoped.

Sometimes healing isn't about gaining more control.

It's about developing enough trust in yourself to know:

Whatever happens, I will find my way through it 🤍
