If you are someone who has said ‘no pain no gain’ that’s ok I’m here to educate you on why that’s not true 🌱
Pain is one of the body’s ways of saying ‘hey uh this doesn’t seem right’. If we adapt a ‘no pain no gain’ mentality it can lead to injury or longer recovery 🫣
Learning when to push and when to rest is a skill that will always give you a better outcome than constantly ’pushing through’ 👏
A slow but constant pace will get you where you need to be, haven’t you ever heard of the story of the hare and the tortoise? Slow and steady wins the race 🤌
But of course I know others might not agree with this so I welcome kind comments only to expand everyone’s thoughts in a productive way ✨
