It took me years to take accountability of my own s**t. I thrived constantly sitting in a space of ripping back layers and doing the inner work - but I would still allow fear to drive more times then not, I also realised this was a distraction from being here in the present moment , I was lost in a void.

I started to believe I knew who I was - but the reality .. I didn’t. I was still trying to achieve this picture of me , instead of standing back and allowing myself to unfold and flourish naturally , authentically & in my own way.

Learning to love the parts of me that once were made out to be terrible qualities. Learning to undo and rewire the parts of me that believed I needed to work harder to be better. I couldn’t be successful without burning myself out.

I have become the leader of my own life, you may not like what I have to say, I trust the doors that need to close in order for new doors to open in my own life. I believe I do not have to hustle & burn myself thin to be successful to serve those who are drawn to me.

I’m here to serve you, to help you release your energetic blocks, to shift what’s been weighing you down, to help you look into the mirror and be honest and transparent with yourself. Take those f**ken masks off & take control of your life. Life is so short & why would you want to get to the end of it and realise you never truly lived for yourself ?

I cannot guarantee that your loved ones will step forward in every session, but sometimes they are waiting for you , already eager to let you know they are around.
It’s not me , it’s not you, sometimes they aren’t meant to come through in that moment . It doesn’t mean your loved one isn’t around , it just means that sometimes you don’t need that confirmation from someone else to know they are there , or you are meant to focus your energy on what’s being relayed.

How many times I remember listening to myself in the same loop about the same s**t!

How many times I knew I needed to make better choices but I wasn’t actually ready to look at myself and do the inner work - why? BECAUSE it was more comfortable sitting in the pits of my s**tty life I had created then stepping out of my comfort zone and actually making positive impact!

Because it’s not just one solution fixes everything , it’s not just 1 appointment and you’re fixed .. it’s a journey of self discovery.

I felt lonely , I felt worthless , unlovable.
I was beaten , mentally depleted , I put myself in situations where I could have died or been seriously hurt. The decisions I chose could have caused me to lose everything and more.
Until I finally made the choice to want better , to do better.
This wasn’t just one day I woke up and it all changed , it took moments of relapsing , of falling back down , of being super uncomfortable , but I did it & I’m here today to tell my story.
I’m here today to remind you that it is possible ! To remind you , that YOU create your life. It’s time to let go of the stories that weigh you down and free yourself to step out and enjoy your life , find gratitude.
