No two support days look exactly the same — and that’s one of the things we love most about this work 💚

Support might look like:
🌿 Building routines and independence
🌿 Community access and outings
🌿 Supporting appointments
🌿 Encouraging social connection
🌿 Assisting with emotional regulation
🌿 Working toward personal goals
🌿 Creating calm, safe and supportive environments

Every participant is different, and support should reflect that ✨

Why some families choose smaller support providers 💚

For many participants and families, consistency makes all the difference.

Working with a smaller provider can often mean:
🌿 Familiar faces
🌿 Stronger relationships
🌿 More personalised support
🌿 Clear, direct communication
🌿 Greater consistency in routines and approaches

Support should never feel transactional.

At Pebble Path Supports, we believe trust is built through genuine connection, reliability, and showing up consistently for the people we support ✨

🌿 Why Consistency Matters 🌿

In disability support, progress isn’t always loud.

It’s not always big milestones or dramatic changes.
Sometimes it’s:

• A young person using a coping strategy independently
• A smoother transition between activities
• A calmer afternoon than the week before
• A small step toward independence

At Pebble Path Supports, we value the quiet progress. The steady growth. The trust that builds over time.

Quality support isn’t about filling hours — it’s about building capacity, confidence and safety in everyday moments.

We’re proud of the work we do and the relationships we build with families and young people in our community.

🌿 Pebble Path Supports
Building confidence, one steady step at a time.

It’s been a little quiet on here — and that’s been intentional.

Behind the scenes at Pebble Path Supports, we’ve been focusing on strengthening the foundations of our business.

Over the past few months, this has included refining our systems, reviewing applications from potential team members, and ensuring that any growth we step into is done properly — not rushed.

We are committed to providing structured, ethical and person-centred supports across Mandurah and the Peel region.

We currently support plan-managed and self-managed participants and continue working closely with families and support coordinators to ensure safe, consistent care.

We believe steady, intentional growth creates better outcomes — and that’s exactly what we’re building.

At Pebble Path Supports, our work is grounded in real life — real environments, real relationships and meaningful moments.

We support participants in ways that build confidence, independence and connection to their community. That might look like developing routines, navigating public spaces safely, engaging in community activities, or simply having consistent support to explore the world around them.

Our approach is calm, structured and person-centred. We prioritise safety, emotional regulation and trust, while encouraging growth at each individual’s pace.

We work closely with families, carers and support coordinators to ensure supports are aligned, consistent and sustainable.

Support isn’t one-size-fits-all — and neither are we.

🌸 Meet Katie 🌸

We’d love to introduce Katie, one of the Support Workers at Pebble Path Supports.

In her own words:

“Hi, I’m Katie. I started working in childcare at 15 and quickly found I connected best with children who needed extra support. That passion led me into support work at 17, where I’ve now been in the industry for over a year. I’ve also completed my Certificate IV in Education-Based Support, which has helped me better understand and support children across both home and school settings.

Support work is more than just a job to me—it’s something I genuinely love. Being able to make a positive impact, support children through their growth, and watch them progress and succeed is incredibly rewarding. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where every child feels understood and encouraged.”

We’re grateful to have Katie as part of our team 🤍

🌟Meet Haley 🌟

Hi, I’m Haley — the Director of Pebble Path Supports.

My passion for disability support grew from over 6 years working in the childcare industry, where I supported children and families with a wide range of needs. During that time, I developed a strong interest in working alongside children and young people who benefit from additional support, structure, and understanding — and that’s what led me into the NDIS space.

I founded Pebble Path Supports with the goal of providing person-centred, consistent, and genuine supports, where participants feel safe, respected, and supported to build confidence and independence at their own pace.

I’m deeply committed to doing this work with care and integrity, and to building a service that families, participants, and support coordinators can trust. As Pebble Path Supports continues to grow, I’m excited to expand our team and support more individuals within our community.

Thank you for being here — I’m really looking forward to connecting
