A huge congratulations to one of our amazing participants Miss A who had officially received her driver's licence!

This is such a big milestone and a wonderful step towards greater independence, confidence, freedom, and new opportunities. This represents so much more than just passing a test.

We are so proud of you Miss A. Watching our participants achieve their goals and grow in confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

🩵 Making the most of your NDIS supports - Simple everyday hacks.

💙 Create a weekly routine
Having a simple schedule can reduce stress and build independence. Even a whiteboard or phone calendar can make a big difference.

🩵 Use reminders
Set phone alarms for appointments, medications, or daily tasks to build confidence and consistency.

💙 Be clear about your preferences
Let your support workers know how you like things done - your routine, communication style, and goals matter.

🩵 Track your wins
Keep a small notebook (or notes app) of achievements - big or small. This is powerful at review time and great for motivation.

💙 Practice skills between support
Independence grows with repetition. Try practising cooking, budgeting, travel training, or social skills outside of supported hours.

🩵 Ask questions
If you don't understand something in your plan, ask. There are no silly questions when it comes to your future.

💙 Remember - supports are there to build capacity, confidence and independence. Small steps everyday lead to big outcomes.
