⭐️The Juice and how to use it ⭐️⭐️

Just a quick post about how to use it and when to use it!

It comes as a powder and you’ll get a scoop in the tub, sometimes the scoop goes to the bottom through transit so you may need to have a little hunt in the tub.

To start off with, you’ll use half a scoop and mix with 250ml of water. Give it a good shake or stir depending on wether your using a shaker or cup.

This is NOT a meal replacement. You still need to eat your three meals per day.
We recommend not to drink after about 1pm due to the caffeine content.

Once you know that you are fine with half a scoop, you can up it to a full scoop, again with a minimum of 250ml water.

We say to start off with half a scoop, so that your body can adjust to the caffeine. Even if you are used to drinking 15 cans of coke per day or energy drinks, you can still feel shaky.

** some people will feel a little jittery, this is due to the caffeine. Other people won’t feel it at all. It all depends upon the individual. **
