A few things we always want you to tell us about before your appointment:

💊 Antibiotics or recent illness: treatment may need to be postponed while your body is recovering or depending on why the medication has been prescribed. This includes blood thinners, anti-inflammatories and anything newly started.

🦠 Active infection, cold sores or skin irritation: treatment should generally be deferred until the area has settled.

🤰 Pregnancy or breastfeeding: let us know so we can assess whether treatment is appropriate.

🩹 Recent procedures or dental work: timing can be important.

Meet the nurse behind BAYCO Aesthetics. 🤍

Hi, I’m Chloe.

I’m a Registered Nurse from Hervey Bay, and for the past several years I’ve worked in emergency nursing—a role that has challenged me, shaped me, and reminded me every single day just how important kindness and compassion are.

When I’m not in scrubs, you’ll usually find me at home with my husband, our two beautiful girls, and our very spoiled chocolate Labrador. My family is my biggest reason “why.” They’re the ones who have encouraged me through every late night, every challenge, and every step towards turning this dream into something real.

The idea for BAYCO Aesthetics has lived in my heart for almost five years.

There were so many moments I wanted to take the leap, but deep down I knew I wanted to wait until I could give it everything it deserved. Between shift work, raising a young family and continuing to grow as a nurse, life was full—and while the timing wasn’t right then, I never let go of the dream.

Now, it finally feels like it is.

As much as I love the fast pace and unpredictability of emergency nursing, I found myself craving something different. I wanted the opportunity to slow down. To really get to know the person sitting across from me. To create a space where people feel comfortable enough to ask questions, feel genuinely cared for, and leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.

For me, aesthetics has never been about chasing perfection. It’s about helping people feel like the best version of themselves while providing safe, thoughtful, personalised care.

That’s exactly what I hope BAYCO Aesthetics becomes—a calm, welcoming space where you’ll always feel listened to, respected and cared for.

If you’ve chosen to follow along from the very beginning, thank you. Starting a business is exciting, a little terrifying, and incredibly rewarding all at once, and it means so much to have your support.

If you’ve noticed cosmetic clinics posting a little differently lately, you’re not imagining it. 🤍

As registered cosmetic nurses, we’ve recently had significant changes to the way we’re allowed to communicate online under updated AHPRA and TGA advertising guidelines.

While it might mean you see less treatment information, fewer before-and-afters, limited pricing or less educational content than you’re used to, please know that our passion for helping you hasn’t changed.

In fact, if anything, these changes remind us why genuine consultations matter so much. Every person is different, and the best advice has never come from a social media post—it comes from taking the time to listen, assess your individual concerns, and have an open, honest conversation.

As BAYCO Aesthetics prepares to welcome clients, my commitment remains the same: to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care in a space where you’ll feel comfortable, respected and never pressured.
