This week in our our classes we have been enjoying practicing the Sa Ta Nam Ma meditation.

For those new to this practice have a read of the attached article that explains it really well, the why the how and the what of it all.

Once you learn it and can relax into this meditation it becomes a beautiful space to sit in and vocalise the voice and feel the vibration through the body and mind.

Chanting Sa Ta Na Ma, combined with finger movements, promotes emotional balance and enhances cognitive function. Here's how to do it!

This quote hit home today.

I had a whole plan to build a career in real estate… and life completely flipped that on its head. It wasn’t gentle, and it wasn’t expected — but it brought me back to the mat, back to teaching, back to what feels like home.

And just like life, planning a yoga class takes intention — but it also takes flexibility. I can map out a whole sequence, and then someone arrives with an injury, or the room feels different, and everything shifts.

Yoga keeps reminding me that flexibility isn’t just something we practice on the mat — it’s something we live.

And somehow… it always works out.
Often even better than the original plan.
